Discounts

If I have AMA, BCAA, CAA, or AAA am I eligible for a discount?


Current AMA, BCAA, CAA, and AAA members are eligible for a 10% discount off regular priced merchandise and general admission tickets when visiting the Museum or shopping in person. Members must present a valid membership card at the time of purchase in order to receive the discount. The members discount cannot be applied to online orders or over the phone purchases. Transactions are not eligible for Rewards Dollars.




How do I receive my Whyte Museum Members' discount?


If you are a current and valid member of the Whyte Museum of the Canadian Rockies, enter under member15 under Promo Coupon Code and your 15% discount will be applied to all regular priced merchandise. If you are not yet a member, please go to the following link for further details on our memberships and benefits.





Pick-up + Delivery

Do you have curbside pick-up available?


We are more than happy to arrange curbside pick-up as we appreciate that vulnerable members of society need support and shopping in person is simply not a viable option for everyone. When purchasing product online, please indicate in the comments section, the date and time, you would like to pick-up your purchase and we will have it ready for you. Pick-up time available: Wednesday - Friday from 12pm - 4pm at the front entrance to the museum. Call us at 403-762-2291 ext 340, or email us at shop@whyte.org.




Can you deliver in Banff?


For persons living in the Town of Banff, who can't shop in person, or utilize the curbside pick-up service, we can arrange to have your purchase delivered to your home. Should you wish to purchase online, please indicate in the comments section your phone number and a time we can call you to make the necessary arrangements. Should you be unable to shop online, or in person, please contact as at 403-762-2291 ext. 340, or email by email at shop@whyte.org.




Where do you ship to?


We ship regionally, nationally, and internationally using Canada Post. Shipping charges include packaging, handling and freight based on total weight and package dimensions from Banff, Alberta, Canada. All parcels will be shipped directly to the address requested unless specified otherwise.

We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, debit, and cash.

What hours are the Museum Shop open?


Open Thursday - Monday, 11 a.m. - 5 p.m. If you have any questions, please call us at 403-762-2291 ext 340, Thursdays through Mondays, or email us at shop@whyte.org.




Where is the shop located?


We are located at 111 Bear Street, Banff, AB, T1L 1A3. For curbside pick-up, please come to the main entrance door of the museum, we will meet you there.




Do you accept returns or exchanges?


We will gladly accept returns and exhanges within 30 days from purchase date, with proof of payment. Excludes read or worn books.




How do I get my Member's Discount?


If you are a current and valid member you are elligible for a 15% discount on regular priced shop product. Enter member15 under the Promo Coupon Code when you cash out your Cart and this discount will be applied to all eligible products.
